How do you package vinyl records for shipping?
We use heavy-duty, double-walled corrugated cardboard mailers specifically designed for vinyl. Each record is reinforced with cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrap to ensure it arrives in pristine condition without corner dings or seam splits.
What is your return policy for opened media?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. For vinyl, CDs, and tapes, the item must be in its original shrink-wrap. If an item is defective or warped, please contact our support team with a photo or video to initiate a replacement or full refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, zBTFD Records ships worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your package's progress.
